Lots of glitches and the support team does not answer
It's been almost 15 hours and my list is still not verified. I uploaded approx. 800 leads to verify but to my dismay it is still showing verifying. On top of that i reached out to BrandNav team via chat and email but no response. Do not waste your money. AppSumo I request you to choose your product partners after due diligence.

Doesn't work anymore EDIT: works, but disappointed
UPDATE 6/17:
They emailed me (after i got ahold of them through app sumo) and told me their AWS server had been dead because of faulty billing. That's great, but they should have notified their customers immediately.
Product is now working, although seems to have a decent amount of false positives in the verification.
6/12: Service worked great up until recently. Now nothing verifies, and support chat is dead. Can't get ahold of the company at all.
