I asked the simple question 'Now that this has proven to be a scam, do we get our money back from AppSumo under the 'We got your back' guarantee?' and it was censored by Appsumo. How is this against your posting rules? I can see you have now announced this product is covered by your 'We got your back' guarantee'.

I bought tier 3 but never received any support... I am wondering if this is abandoned.
did you send email to appsumo support to ask the current situation? i did asked but appsumo never give me an answer and keep on delaying by saying they are still checking with emaildelivery team.

I have been trying to contact you and your company per the recommended support email (emailteam@emaildelivery.com) with 0 response for 3 weeks. I have sent from my business email as well as Gmail and still have no response.
I have also scanned your TOC and Privacy Policy which has a different email for support (emailsupport@emaildelivery.com) which does not work and bounces.
How are paying customers supposed to contact you for questions related to your software?
I have even contacted Ian via LinkedIn Sales Navigator with no response even though he logged in last week.
This is the issue: Its impossible to turn off 'link tracking'. There is no option to stop link tracking which completely disables any marketing SaaS we are using because all links and even the List-Unsubscribe: in the email header is getting replaced. No links go to the SaaS.
They are a completely separate company and they have invested a lot of time and expertise into fixing the missing functionality and adding a lot of capabilities and integration. We purchased support from them because we are an ESP using emaildelivery.com for production and needed the functionality. You can contact them at support@emaildelivery.site.

If the support issue isn't rectified the team should be blacklisted from offering future deals. This is entirely unacceptable. Has anyone had any luck at all getting the product to work reliably?
Yes, we have. It is rock solid, but we have extensive experiencing (decades) in building ESPs. We now have ALL of the features working in emaildelivery.com including full account management and the internal ticketing. We used emaildelivery.site to get it fixed.
