Hello everyone!
I want to give my comment about my experience, about the supposed "disappearance of support" for this excellent tool.
I have had some doubts in the last few days and I have contacted support. My experience continues to be very pleasant, since there are times when they have even answered me in a matter of minutes and have satisfactorily resolved my request.
I hope my comment helps to calm those doubts about the support provided by EmailDelivery. Greetings

Has emaildelivery.com ripped us all off and disappeared? Did they get into financial difficulties and have ceased to operate? Has the founder become unwell or have a personal tragedy? Are they restructuring? Without a clear statement from the company I feel we can only assume the worst. I purchased 3 x Tier 3, so would appreciate an update please.

We've got a License Tier 3 that is now not usable. No response from support in over a week. I'm thinking they've disappeared. Has anybody heard from them?

Where did you hear that? Because I see no post about that, no response to several messages over the last 50 days. I want them to come back but it's not hard to put a auto responder on the email. Unless that is something they did recently. But again I have had catastrophic failures with this project. And while I should have done more research prior to jumping in 100% the rough patch does not excuse
I've been trying to get in touch with them too but heard nothing back. In the past, they've responded incredibly quickly. Concerning.

AppSumo has informed me twice that their support team would reach out, but unfortunately, I haven't heard anything. For several weeks, no one has been available, and the software is riddled with bugs, rendering it unusable. I've had to stop the project and can only write off EmailDelivery as a very costly mistake.
If it helps anyone following this thread, I did get a reply from the team yesterday to my support query.

I also got a response from them within the last few days. I am so excited that all of that setup time was not wasted - we literally completed all the steps to start using the service internally and sharing email to our network of nonprofits when we did not get a response for over a month, so we halted implementation. I hope there is better communication moving forward, even during rough times.

Wondering if anybody have raised his concern to Appsumo support to see what they think about these types of behaviors.
Is this happening more often with software after the 60 days refund window ??

Yes I have. this company quit doing updates on Jul 27th. they did 2 or 3 app updates every month and all of the sudden they are gone now. They do not answer support emails. I contacted appsumo that told me all they could do is forward it off to them. they ended up tagging me again to the same email address that I have already sent many messages to. I doubt anyone has any recourse on this.

I also bought T3 from them and surprisingly they have been very good in the past. Even chatted with me on email about the issues I had. However it has been a month since I sent them some bug reports but have not received any response. We can be sure that this software will not be usable without support.

If they really left and are just abandoning it. it is likely not long before the beefree plugin stops working as they purchased it from beefree. I assume it requires a license to keep going based on what I see. However it might be using the free version. I just don't know.

Appsumo said they reached out to these guys and was told they are behind, but will get back to us. Well, WHEN? I don't have a working server when clients were depending on it. Each day passes by is each day I lose potential revenues. I am losing faith in LTD. A lot of hit and run nowadays.

What are you struggling with? They've always suggested a Fiverr dev for setting up MTA. I used their recommendation, and haven't had an issue.
Thanks. At this moment, I turned off the server because the MTA is behaving strangely. Bunch of activities that I don't recognize. Keep crashing the server. No mail sent yet it acted like it's sending. I ended up on SpamHaus the very same day the server went live. I posted my full message on their site
