Promising Start, But Disappointing Outcome and Loss of Trust
Update/Addition:
Warning! Stay away from this software. I reached out via email to inquire about the future of the platform and possibly request a refund. Over a week has passed, and I still haven’t received any response! I must emphasize once again that this is an absolute disgrace. Lifetime deals always come with a certain risk, but selling such a deal in June only to deprioritize the project shortly after, while leaving inquiries unanswered for weeks or completely ignoring emails, is unacceptable. Even on LinkedIn (the only other way to contact the owner aside from the support email), there has been no response.
Original review:
The statement "Launch your own ESP (like Mailchimp) and offer it as a paid service to your customers or clients" immediately caught my attention, and I didn’t hesitate to go for the Tier 3 pricing.
However, the first disappointment came when I realized that you can’t actually set up your own version of Mailchimp as advertised – for example, customers aren’t even able to add their own domains, which is a must-have feature. Not wanting to start with a workaround, I kept the project because it looked promising and thought I would check in from time to time to see how it developed.
In the beginning, there was plenty of feedback, but then it suddenly went quiet. Recently, there was finally an update on the direction of the platform, but it was made very clear that the platform is no longer a priority. It seems they overestimated their expectations.
To make such a statement just a few months after raising money through lifetime deals is quite disappointing, and my trust is now gone. I've decided to move on to a competitor. A shame about the money!

Appears to have shut down - No surpport or updates
I was watching this project for some time and missed it the first time. Was excited to see it back so it was a no brainer as I could ditch mailchimp with my customers and move them. So yes picked up the T3 license. Moved over some of my customers and started sending.
The first few blasts worked well. I then applied a update and sent another blast. All of the sudden my reputation score went from high in postmasters tools to bad in one blast. Look it over it was flagged as stealing customers information. Now I do not know if this was due to emaildelivery platform. All I can say is I reached out to try and figure out what was going on and so far over 40 days and still have not herd back from them. They also have not produced a update at all when they were releasing updates every week or two since. I am now rehabing my list and trying to get it back to its stellar reputation. Again I am not sure if it was emaildelivery platform but I can't really troubleshoot it as support is gone.
And yes the list is 100% opted in customers. It is a local restaurant and all the email blasts do is inform them of the new special. With some links to the doordash online ordering system. So nothing is trying to take the information.
Long and short of this. I feel the need to post this even know I doubt they will be back. I do believe they held out support until the refund period was over and ran after. It should be noted that I did reach out to them back about 4 months ago asking if they ever planned to come back to appsumo. I was told that they likely would never do it again. Why I was surprised they were on it again. But I have a sneaky suspicion they planed to use appsumo to grab a bunch of cash and exit after. That is where I am at.
I really do hope it is something else. I hope something is just out of the control of the devs and they come back and say I am sorry and actually support it. But, I think everyday that chance is going out the window. And I am not sure I trust this at all anymore.

EDIT: Emaildelivery.com finally answered on cany
They are not entirely ghosted, but they are restructuring in order to be able to support this project fulltime. 5 tacos just because this will be a vote of confidence for the future.

EmailDelivery: An Outstanding Tool, But Recent Silence Raises Concerns
EmailDelivery is certainly one of the best purchases I’ve made on AppSumo. The software is fantastic. I use it to send emails to over 300,000 people, and everything works perfectly. There are still a few minor details that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the tremendous work already done to make this software almost perfect. I’m also amazed by how fast the user interface is.
My only concern right now: I was used to receiving several updates per week, but the last update was on July 27, 2024. I emailed customer support about ten days ago. I was also accustomed to getting a reply within 24 to 48 hours, but I’ve had no response for several days, and it’s been almost two months without any updates, which is highly unusual. I’m very worried that this product is being abandoned, even though it is one of the best ever listed on this site. Something must have happened on their end.
That being said, there are always solutions. It’s just a matter of talking with the user community to find ways forward. If someone from the team is reading this, please don’t abandon this product and keep us informed if something serious is going on.

The manufacturer has abandoned this product
Previously they provided email support within 1-3 business days. But since the 60 day money back guarantee period has ended. I and several other buyers have not been able to contact the manufacturer. They have also stopped updating the product since 28-7. The internal features of the product are flawed and cannot be used for resale for any product. I purchased the T3 and am completely disappointed with their commitment to the product while selling it. If you guys can read my review please let me know if anyone has been able to contact the manufacturer.
