Q: I'm currently using Signature Hound and just this week kept receiving return-to-sender messages for mail ...
deliverability every time I sent an email to my clients and prospects - eek!!!
Upon investigation, I discovered it was my email signature making spam filters block my messages "due to potential security risk".
After removing my signature I was able to send delivered emails again - phew!! I'm not techy enough to know exactly what caused it. So can you tell me if Emailee has any features to prevent mailbots from marking emails as spam due to the email signature?

That's a great point!
Email deliverability can be cause by many factors :
- Unfavourable Sender Reputation. "Your email sender's reputation is crucial. ...
- Unusual Complaint Rates. ...
- Being Blacklisted. ...
- Poor List Quality. ...
- Lack of Email Authentication. ...
- Poor Email Design. ...
- Overuse of Trigger Words. ...
- Sending Emails at the Wrong Time.
- Many more...
Note that signatures are not always the cause of the deliverability in most cases, it's coming from a lack of experience that leads you to one of the points up here!
To answer your question, our signatures are light in terms of weight and we do not have delivrability issues with our emails!

Thank you so much for your detailed response, Samuel! It seemed like it was the email signature as it was the only thing I changed to resend two emails and they both delivered fine after removing it. But, again, I'm not really techy enough to know the ins and outs. Thank you for answering my question so quickly. I'm sold. I'll place my order and create my new signature with Emailee soon :)
