This platform has been a bit controversial since the beginning but I stuck around. The service is pretty simple, you'll get a template with fields that cannot be removed but if you use all of the fields the signature is fine. You wont be getting an HTML signature, but a .PNG that can embed a hyperlink, which is probably ok for most people.
I tried creating a new signature and a message displaying that I need to delete a current signature in order to create another one popped up. I have 10 signatures created by the way, and yes, my plan is still showing "Pro" in the profile. The service was sold as "Unlimited" signatures. Come on, this is so frustrating, and not sure why Appsumo won't step in and hold these founders accountable for these bait and switch companies. I reached out to emailee support a few times and no response, and the chat widget on their page is uselesss. I was just reading a Question and section and I saw that the founder confirmed that the signatures are reduced to 10 signatures for Appsumo users. This is a horrible practice and what is turning people away from marketplaces that promise and don't deliver even the simpler software services.

I hate to say it, but trying to get a hold of customer service has been a complete flop. I’ve sent tons of emails and messages, but it’s like they've vanished into thin air. Still waiting on a reply about the query I had and about the understanding the policy for the features provided.

That’s just not cool. The one thing they did right was letting us pick email templates, which look pretty snazzy, to be honest. That’s why I’m giving them 2 stars, just for the fancy designs.

Honestly, if their support team could just hit reply once in a while, I might even bump them up 1 extra a star. But for now, it's like complimenting a INVISIBLE men for its fashion sense, nice, but not very helpful 🙃

I purchased two licenses - for those wondering they do not stack. The product itself is basically just a signature generator as a PNG. I was disappointed to find that it doesn't give you an HTML version of your signature. So no one can click on your phone number to call you.

You could get the same result using canva, and exporting a png file

While it has some nice designs, you are not able to remove fields (like a phone number) or add them (like social media icons). It has potential, but it's not there yet.

What´s fine?
- Clear structure in designs.

What´s missing?
- I´m in Germany and I cannot use a button in f.ex. a banner with an English text. Found no possibility to change and got no reaction on my request.

- I copied the code for Apple and followed the instructions. It doesn´t work. Same request, no reaction.

- Designs offer too less possibilities to change positions of elements.

This is the first experience, maybe it will get nicer in the next weeks. For the moment I cannot use it and really was searching for exact such a tool.
