Q: $1.00 per 10,000 emails, how does this work with the email credits per each tier?
The $1.00 per 10,000 emails kick in once you exceed the email credit limit per month. once the new month come in, email credit resets??

This does not relate to any Tier.
Each Tier has its own monthly usage. If you would to go over quota, you would need to buy email credits.
