Honest thoughts after almost a year of use
I’ve been using Emailit.com for about a year now, and I’m writing this review from a fair, balanced point of view.
I’ve noticed some reviews are quite unfair. Many users expect it to be something it was never designed for. As George has stated countless times, Emailit is not built for cold emailing or any activity that breaks their Terms of Service. Complaining after violating the TOS and then expecting the platform to bend over backwards is not only unfair, it’s unethical.
That said, for what it actually is, a solid, developer-friendly email service offered under a Lifetime Deal, Emailit is actually great. The value for the number of emails you get is definitely outstanding. Yes, you will face occasional issues (as with any service), but there’s a real person on the other side who honestly tries to help and resolve problems. It’s not a perfect, flawless product, but it’s clearly improving every day.
If you need reliable transactional or marketing emails within fair usage and respect their rules, I can comfortably recommend Emailit.

The system is simple and complete, but the experience is terrible.
I purchased the service over a year ago. In fact, I gradually upgraded to Level 5, and now, after all this time, I'm writing my review.
The interface is simple yet comprehensive, making it suitable for both novice and advanced users.
However, based on the above, I had a negative and not recommended experience with the platform and with George, as detailed below.
I purchased Level 5 to send messages to my contact list, as well as to a corporate client I've had for years.
Initially, I had no problems sending messages.
Over time, due to bounce rates, he requested very detailed information, which I had no problem providing.
Then, he limited me to 1,000 emails per day, based on the metrics, which I completely understand.
Since the contacts were the same as at the beginning, I manually blacklisted each contact with soft or hard bounces. And while that was improving, I adjusted my sending to only 1,000 emails per day and stopped adding new contacts, so I assumed that this was gradually helping.
I created several campaigns and thought everything was being sent based on that limit; until I realized, after a detailed review, that for some time now, no emails had been sent.
After this, I contacted Support again, specifically George, who informed me that my account had been suspended because I hadn't responded to messages and the metrics hadn't improved.
However, what I hadn't responded to was the ticket where I requested an increase to send more than 1,000 emails per day (just as he had provided me with the evidence); so I assumed that if I didn't respond, I would simply remain at that limit. Furthermore, I also assumed that, based on the actions I had taken, the metrics were improving.
I didn't receive any kind of notification, alert, or ultimatum.
I spent the last week trying to reach an agreement with Emailit and George. I even committed to no longer sending emails for my client and only sending them to my own clients for new emails (since I also manage several email services like SES). But they definitely said my account was suspended.
Therefore, based on my entire experience, I definitely feel scammed by them.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I thought my strategy had worked to improve the metrics, and they didn't inform me otherwise, much less try to reach an agreement.
And so, I lost a lot of money buying this service.
Note: I paid to send up to 1 million messages per month, and on average, my contact list didn't exceed 70,000. So, I wasn't scraping contacts or using it to send messages to cold lists. Keep this in mind if you plan to purchase high tiers for future growth.

Edited May 27, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear your experience, however, you were asked to resolve your high bounce rate (over >9%), mutliple times during the last year.
We gave you plenty time to improve it. However, even after 14months of ignoring our requests, we no longer could allow you to be breaking our Acceptable Use Policy (which allows 5% bounce rate).

Very Fast Setup & very good anti spam measures
I integrated it into many websites with top tier plan and it's now one of my favourite LTD purchases.
Just one thing is that they don't allow sending emails on new domains which are registered below 30-days.

May 20, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback!
We do allow the use of newly registered domains (<30 days old); they just require manual verification via [email protected] until we fully transition to our new workspace verification system.

Exceptional Platform for Serious Email Marketers
As a fractional CxO. I manage different types of campaigns for clients across different industries. I do not leave reviews unless something genuinely earns it. Emailit earned it. This is a keeper.
I just sent my very first marketing campaign through this platform for a client in the transportation and shuttle service space. This wasn't a cold list of strangers. This was 8 years of real customers, existing clients still actively using the service, and past clients who had booked rides, received trip itineraries, paid invoices, and gotten booking confirmations. They knew this brand. They just had never received a marketing email, not once in 8 years of business.
We started with 9,042 contacts, ran them through a risk-score scrub, and brought it down to 7,307 clean sends.
FINAL RESULTS (May 13, 2026):
• 7,307 sent | 94.77% delivery rate
• 3,243 unique opens | 42.06% open rate (industry avg: 20-25%)
• 4,817 total opens, the avg reader opened it 1.49x
• 55 unique clickers | 1,056 total clicks | 21.92% click-to-load rate
• 202 toll-free clicks | 182 support email clicks | 105 direct line clicks
• 74 App Store clicks | 70 Google Play clicks
• 122 unsubscribes (1.67%), expected and healthy for a first send to a dormant list
Still being opened 9 hours after send
Perplexity AI independently verified the analytics. Verdict: above par. That's what pushed me to stack more codes the same day.
The analytics are phenomenal, unique vs. total opens, contact-level open history, every link tracked with unique and total counts, avg. time to click, click-to-load rate. All in one clean dashboard. The campaign data speaks for itself, the depth of insight is built right in.
Setup was easy. Full custom HTML support, no drag-and-drop limitations. I used Claude Code to build the HTML and pasted it straight in. Zero issues. I used Bunny CDN for image hosting since native image hosting isn't available yet, which would be a great addition.
The one hiccup was the unsubscribe link setup. I joined their Discord on my own to find a solution. George responded immediately and I figured it out within 45 minutes, before a single email went out. Excellent support response.
WHAT I'D IMPROVE:
The Email Verification tool and the Contacts list need to talk to each other. Here's what I actually did: I uploaded 9,000+ raw contacts into the verification tool, let it run, then manually sorted the results myself, removing disabled, high-risk, and deactivated addresses before building my send list. That took significant time and required Perplexity AI browser assistance overnight to delete what should be excluded one by one.
What I still don't know, and what isn't made clear anywhere in the platform, is this: if I upload that raw list directly into Contacts, does Emailit automatically cross-reference the verification results and block flagged addresses? If yes, that needs to be documented clearly upfront. If no, that's the feature to build, IMO to make this next-level and separate you from the other platforms.
Ideal workflow: upload raw list, auto-verify, high risk auto-suppressed, medium risk gets a simple send/skip prompt, clean addresses imported and ready. And one simple improvement that would save everyone time, a single button to import the verified clean list directly into Contacts from within the verification dashboard, no exporting and re-uploading required. Plus segmented exports, one for clean addresses and one for flagged addresses to remove from your CRM.
Even after scrubbing and keeping only green-flagged addresses, 261 emails still bounced. That's the reality of catch-all servers and expired inboxes, no validator is perfect. But those addresses should be auto-suppressed immediately after a send, permanently.
Also, native image hosting for custom html drops, would make this a fully self-contained platform.
These aren't dealbreakers. I figured it all out. But for someone running their first campaign with no technical background and no AI assistant, these improvements would make the difference between painless and overwhelming.
I found this on AppSumo. Lucky stumble. But if I'd found it via Google and seen a monthly subscription price? I'd still be a customer. That's how good this is.
If you manage client campaigns, need full HTML control, want deep analytics, and expect responsive support, this is your platform. Already stacking more codes just to be a part of their journey. Stop reading and go grab it.

May 14, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback! Happy to see you satisfied with Emailit.
Our system automatically suppresses all hard bounces (you can see those in Suppressions).
Most of the improvement ideas are already on the roadmap!

Working - I'm happy
My webserver limits the emails I can sent to batches of 20 with a ten minute gap between batches so I was looking for a better system. Emailit provides that and was quite easy to set up and provides the functionality I need. I have a custom system for managing my Tai Chi Academy, designed by me and coded by Claude AI.
Linking Emailit into the system was very easy - I still have the backup which the system calls 'Direct SMTP' just using my webhost but hopefully won't need to use it. The next phase of implementation will be to move my monthly Tai Chi newsletter from MailerLite to the in-house system, I'm still designing that.
One point, I don't use the Emailit control panel directly as my app uses their API to see if emails have been sent out correctly and to provide me with full history and understanding of the email campaigns that I send.
So BIG THANKS - Emailit is a great app.
