Q: Account get banned if my client spam?
I looked at your usage policy and saw "We may terminate your account at any time if these rules are violated."
What if a client somehow mess up and doesn't follow the rules:
"Your email campaigns must adhere to the following standards:
Keep your complaint rate below 0.1%.
Maintain a bounce rate under 5%."
If the client get a complaint rate above 0.1%, then my account with all my clients under it would get banned?
What if I full stack and get banned in 6 months? I wouldn't get refunded I belive. It feels a bit scary.
There is no way to get alerted and be able to remove the domain name and sender before being banned?

As this offer is not intended for agencies/clients, I would recommend buying in this case multiple Tier 1-2 licenses for each client separately. So in case they break the rules only one client would get blocked.
Since you are responsible for each workspace sending.
