Q: Automations & Future Update Inclusions
Hi Team,
We have tested the free version. Despite a few bugs (can send images), the most troubling issue was no automations. This also meant we couldn't test automation features, such as lists (i.e. ability to add/remove/have multiple), exit flows, conditions etc. The discussions about whether automations are included are actually crazy - this is basic stuff.
We want to sit on the highest tier, but first we want to know ALL future updates would be included.
Also, can you send us your roadmap?

Emailit is at it core an email sending platform. There is hundreds of applications and plugins, you can use Emailit with.
If you need automations, you can use apps like Sendy or FluentCRM and Emailit SMTP.

If you want to include Automations, I assume you want to send out a lot emails. Keep in mind that the 1 Mio E-Mails per month are just for advertising. As soon as you send more than whatever is profitable for George, he will find a reason to kick you out. Read the reviews!

We have nothing to hide, and yes, we are strict when it comes to our ToS and Acceptable Use Policy. So if we find customers breaking them, and unwillingness to fix it, we would recommend a refund. Like we did in your case Rico.
