- Hi, I read many of the reviews you got and I have a two questions. One of the reviews mentioned the following: "If you only send transactional emails like me, send support an email and your workspace will be set to transactional IP pool only. For now this is per workspace but George assured me later it will be possible to switch to this on domain level, within 3-6 months". 1. Is the per domain IP pool selection feature already live? This is important for me as for my use case (I'm a small web design agency), I got some clients that should be placed on the marketing pool, but most of my clients/domains would need to be on the transactional pool. I would not like to penalize my clients that only do transactional emails because of other clients. 2. The dedicated IP costs $300 yearly, can it be paid monthly or only per year? Thank you.
- Just clicked “Change Plan” to upgrade to a higher tier, but I can't select the add-on during the upgrade; this is only possible when purchasing for the first time. Can I just purchase a Tier 1 plan with the add-on and then assign the add-on to my existing account? This is still a new campaign, so you may want to discuss this with Appsumo—when the sale ends, many people will surely decide to upgrade, and then it should work... For now, I can wait and upgrade later
- I'm a bit confused after looking at the pricing page on your website. It shows 100,000 credits for $20 and we need to pay $159 on appsumo to get same amount of credit. Am I missing anything? What are benefits of buying from Appsumo?
- Hi, your product looks great. Can you handle cron ? I'm trying to get my head around how i would use this. I want an email to go to many at 12.01 am every day. How would this work? Is there a daily limit? If you can handle my use case I may be interested. Regards
