Q: Can you just transfer the work from one workspace to the other or just delete the other and keep the done one?

Have to say I am a little frustrated. I had set up the workspace and done all the development work behind it and you just rejected the verification.
I will be clear I made an error by doing work on another workspace without realising the account is linked to a workspace rather than the account specifically. However rejecting the verification out of hand without a chance to respond is frustrating.
Are you not able to just close the other workspace and make the one I have done all the work on the primary one? It is a lot of extra work I will have to undertake in order to set it all up again on a different workspace!

I am sorry to hear that! However, workspaces are completely separate entities (their own data/billing), so we cannot transfer anything between them.
If I remember correctly, we rejected the verification as it was requested from the workspace without the license/credits, and asked you to resubmit the verification from the workspace with an active license. As there is nothing else we can do about it.
We can delete the workspace you do not want if you email us at [email protected].
