Q: Chaos and unprofessional service regarding email blocks

Why do you keep claiming that my emails are blocked, only to say a moment later that they aren't? Why are you constantly changing your story instead of providing reliable information to your customers? This is a complete mess.

I’ve been reading dozens of negative reviews about you, and it seems they are all true because there is always something wrong with emailit.com. Get your act together! Start acting professionally instead of just hitting us with constant blocks, verifications, and blacklisted/spam IPs!

There are no emails blocks.

I am not sure what are you asking about.

All we do is to make sure our platform is protected from misuse, spammers and abusers.

So customers like you can have high delivery rates and maintain great inbox ratio.

We are always here, on our Discord or at [email protected] to answer anything you might need.

Please understand that we have customers all around the world and the wording and processes might not be ideal for each of them. However, all it takes is to contact us and the any issues that arise resolved.
