Thanks for your reply regarding email forwarding for customer replies. While I appreciate your response, I’m disappointed there’s no built-in forwarding solution. I’ve found a potential third-party fix, but I’d need to purchase and test it to confirm.
Before proceeding, I need to confirm:
Does your platform include SMTP details and an API for transactional emails at no extra cost?
If I encounter setup issues, will support be available? AWS SES is powerful but complex, and while I’m technically experienced (20+ years managing websites, CloudFront, etc.), I’m not an IT expert. I’ve seen mixed reviews about your support—some users report frustration.
Your confirmation on these points will help me decide.
