Contacts saved, are they separated by each domain or do they all share the same database or table?

Hmmm, sorry, but what does that mean? will all audiences will share the same table or database regardless which domain is used?

Audiences are not related to domains.
Audiences are basically lists of subscribers. You can create as many of them as you want, that is completely up to you. Also, you can manage them based on your needs. So if you want to have subscribers based on sending domains you can for ex. make an Audience for each of your sending domain.
