- After reading many 1⭐ reviews, I want to add a helpful perspective for future Sumolings. Emailit is not a Mailchimp/Brevo alternative. It is an ESP (like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun) focused on email delivery, not marketing features. Most negative reviews come from expecting a full marketing platform. Onboarding IP pools, rate limits, and verification are standard ESP practices to protect deliverability. Emailit enforces them instead of ignoring them. What worked for me was committing properly from the start. I bought multiple Tier 6 licenses and added the Data Retention add-on, which aligned the product for real production use. Used as a sending layer with tools like FluentCRM, Sendy, MailWizz, or a custom backend, Emailit is a very powerful and cost-effective ESP. Buy it for what it is - not for what it isn't. My two cents to it.
- Besides the fact that the Tiers are monthly credits, what is the benefit of getting any Tier compared to going directly to the website? I ask because on the pricing page in the FAQs section, you see the following: "There are no limits based on users, sending domains, or credentials. You have full access to all core features." It takes Tier 3 to get Unlimited sending domains, but none of the tiers have unlimited users (workspace members). If I am reading everything correctly, one could get the Growth package for $45 and get 250k credits, unlimited sending domains, and unlimited users. How could an Appsumo user, long after the campaign is done, get more users/domains in accordance with their respective Tier? I would appreciate any clarification. Thank You!

- I understand that once you verify your sending domain you can send email from anything@sendingdomain.com using EmailIt's SMTP server settings. But if EmailIt doesn't provide email inboxes, after our customer receives the email from us, if they reply to our email, where does it go? Thank you
- Hi we are new customers. When I added a team member to EmailIt, they couldn't find the verification email from EmailIt. Then I told them to check their spam folder and sure enough, it was there. Furthermore, there was a stark warning message that he should not click the link because it was a malicious site (or something like that, I don't remember exactly). This made him uncomfortable but I told him to click on it anyway. Why do EmailIt's own transaction emails go into spam folders, and have such a warning? Again this was not from our domain, this was an email from EmailIt is before we even got started. The product looks beautiful but this is very discouraging.
