Q: Do I need to get it reactivated if there is a period of inactivity on my account for some time?
I have purchased this now and got it verified, and everything is working fine. However, my plan to use it lies somewhere between two or three months, maybe even four months down the line.
The question I want to ask is that there is another email service I had purchased here, and after using it for some time there was an inactive period of four or five months. When I logged in again after this period, my account was deactivated, with a reason like “security reason” or something similar. It was very difficult to get it reactivated.
So my question is: do you have a policy that if an account is not active for some time, you will deactivate it and require reactivation by emailing you or something like that? Could you clarify?
