Q: EmailIt's own email went into spam folder
Hi we are new customers. When I added a team member to EmailIt, they couldn't find the verification email from EmailIt. Then I told them to check their spam folder and sure enough, it was there. Furthermore, there was a stark warning message that he should not click the link because it was a malicious site (or something like that, I don't remember exactly).
This made him uncomfortable but I told him to click on it anyway.
Why do EmailIt's own transaction emails go into spam folders, and have such a warning? Again this was not from our domain, this was an email from EmailIt is before we even got started.
The product looks beautiful but this is very discouraging.

Not sure as we have no reports of ending up in spam.
This can also be caused by lot of different kinds of setting on the inbox itself.
You can try sending us the inbox provider the users used to support@emailit.com so we can take a look.
