Q: External email service

Hello there, Sorry in advance since I am not a tech person.

Our small office uses a shared hosting service in which we have a system to share information with our clients, four times a month our system send each client account a status email (we use a cron job in the hosting). Since the shared hosting limits the number of emails we send each hour we receive an email indicating that we may be qualified as a spam email company and they suggest us to get an external service to send this kind of emails.

Does your service can be used to send our emails? do you have a limit of periodic emails we can send? can you explain further please about your service and the way it might help us?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

A: Hi there,

Yes, you can use our SMTP/API to send (I suppose transactional emails)

It is quite simple to setup, and for this use case you probably wont even reach our default rate limits.
