I just purchased the deal and I’m really excited about the features of this platform. However, I hit a bit of a roadblock that I think should be addressed for future customers.
I realized that there is a strict manual verification process required before I can send even a single email. While I fully understand the need to prevent spam and protect your server reputation, I think it would be much fairer to state this clearly at the very top of the deal description.
Many of us on AppSumo are looking for tools we can set up and launch quickly. Discovering a mandatory manual review after the purchase can be frustrating when you have a campaign ready to go.
Please consider updating the copy to manage expectations better. Looking forward to getting my account verified soon so I can finally start using the tool!

As with any other product out here, we have our own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
The newly released in app workspace verification, is nothing but making sure that each customer reads those Acceptable Use Policies, understands them, and their sending practices follow them, nothing else.
No emailing platform is done for "quick launch", the workspace verification is usually done within 24h of submission.
We had hundreds of customers trying to send spam emails within last few months, which negatively impacts all our customers as they do not follow and not even read our AUP.
This is done to protect customers like you, from having best delivery rates possible, and ensuring smooth emailing.
