Q: I have a domain from GDaddy
If I submit adomains, do you create an emails via your api for each domain? Or is this for management only of an email I would need to pay for separately? Any suggestions?

We are not an email inbox provider, we only send emails via your verified sending domain (you can send emails from (anything)@yoursendingdomain.com)

You can send those emails either via our SMTP relay or API.
We are also having campaigns but those are new and lack some core features so far.
