In one of your replies to a review you wrote "As we discussed, you did not provide enough information to allow us to increase your sending limits."

What does that mean? Please provide context.

Not capable to handle big traffic

I have purchased the highest plan which is 1 million email per month, but this guys are restricting so much that they don't allow to send so many emails, i have tried their services but i feel that email delivery in Inbox is very less compare to Amazon and other provider, we were sending genuine opt-in emails but still they restrict you like anything!
...
........"

Could you elaborate on your onboarding process? When will we be able to fully utilise the sending numbers, say 100,000, 250,000, 1,000,000, 2,000,000.

Thank you.

A: Hi there,

We need to ensure that each customer follows our Acceptable Use Policy.

So in case, that our platforms thinks that you are breaking them, you need to provide resources, so we can verify that you do.

For ex., source of your emailing list, GDPR practices, and such.

This was previously answered by Jiří Žižka who said: All new workspaces are placed in an onboarding IP pool (which is why sending is restricted); once you get verified we can move you to a better IP pool, and if you want a dedicated IP it costs $300/year per IP. He also noted they self‑own their infrastructure (so no SOC2/ISO yet), webhook signatures are coming in API v2 soon, and most tickets are resolved within a few hours on business days. You can find that answer here: https://appsumo.com/products/emailit/questions/shared-ip-pools-deliverability-sla-1423656/

Could you elaborate how it works in your acceptable use policy?
