TerranceBQ: IP addresses
Hello, please tell me more about your IP addresses. It seems there are a lot of people who are mistaking the function of Emailit and trying to run cold/junk email campaigns using it. That's a bit worrying. How will you protect the IP addresses for the rest of us, who are using it for transactional emails?

We have a strict policy on cold emailing, with zero-tolerance.
When it comes to IP addresses we have AppSumo Shared IP pool for everyone, and two more pools - one dedicated to only marketing emails and one to only transactional emails.
If you expect to send only transactional emails, you can be moved to that one, after sending at least 1k emails.
We are also in process of purchasing our next IP range of 256 IP addresses for future platform improvements.

Hi George, about your two different IP pool ( one dedicated to only marketing emails and one to only transactional emails), it is possible to dispatch two different emails for the same domain on each IP pool ? Merci Fred

this is currently not possible. However, we are already working on improvements that are more like Amazon SES for IP management. Currently targeted for Q4 2025
