Q: IP pool selection and dedicated IP.

Hi, I read many of the reviews you got and I have a two questions.

One of the reviews mentioned the following: "If you only send transactional emails like me, send support an email and your workspace will be set to transactional IP pool only. For now this is per workspace but George assured me later it will be possible to switch to this on domain level, within 3-6 months".

1. Is the per domain IP pool selection feature already live? This is important for me as for my use case (I'm a small web design agency), I got some clients that should be placed on the marketing pool, but most of my clients/domains would need to be on the transactional pool. I would not like to penalize my clients that only do transactional emails because of other clients.

2. The dedicated IP costs $300 yearly, can it be paid monthly or only per year?

A: Hi there,

1/ We do not differenciate between transactional and marketing pools at this time, as we do not have that much of a volume of emails. If you want different IPs for different purposes, you can create two workspaces, one for marketing emails and the second for transactional, and get a dedicated IP for each.

2/ As it takes time to build a reputation and warm it up, we do not currently offer dedicated IP per month. (We do this manually at this time. Once we get this automated, we might change it to monthly.).
