Hi, I purchased your product, enthusiastically, and then refunded it. I'm still considering it but the main issue I have is that any emails that I sent out while your system cannot be forwarded to another email address of mine. That's my understanding, correct? I've been going through previous questions and I've seen other people are similar questions. I would consider buying the platform again if I could get some kind of guarantee that email forwarding will become available within one month or two month as an example. I cannot wait more than 60 days because I want to be able to refund if the option is not there. I realise it's designed for transactional emails but there will be people who will reply to these emails and I need to be able to see these replies. I'm sure you can understand this.
