- 1) is a credit equal to one sent email? 100,000 credits could mean that many emails sent or does it mean that many emails verified AND sent (both)? 2) what else can credits represent or be used for? 3) this SaaS is only for sending emails and absolutely no receiving but I can direct people to send elsewhere like gmail and use API or something to automate stuff back through this domain I have and/or recycle that domain name if it looses credibility (so it can be chucked) and that’s where your SaaS becomes indispensable, right? Is that a key factor or benefit of your SaaS?

- Hey. Even as a guy who's been a techy for years, setting up the proper DNS inside Kajabi, Active Campaign… using SendGrid's and Mailgun's API and SMTP in WordPress… I *still* am unclear about the need or how I'd use this. Let's say I use Active Campaign. Would I use Emaillit's SMTP settings inside my AC settings? What's the benefit of say, simply adding all the Active Campaign's DNS so the email platform uses my own domain as the 'sending domain'. Email is a deep deep topic. I feel like every nuance I learn, I discover another dozen gray areas. Also, it would help to learn: How are others using this? Do they have big email lists? Thanks. Looking forward to sharing any insights with another nerd-pal. We're both contemplating getting Emailit.
- Hi, I am trying to understand what kind of data does the data retention service keep. Is it mainly analytics data? Or is it who the emails were sent to? Or the email content? How many emails were successfully opened? Etc, I need to get a better idea of what kind of data is stored or kept if you pay for the data retention service. The data retention service is very expensive compared to your plans pricing - so I need to understand what this big expense is paying for. 1) Can you also please confirm that the data retention price is a one of fee a lifetime deal I'm not an annual fee? 2) Can you also please confirm that for the fee of $149 the data will be kept for one year?
