Q: Is there a limit of a maximum of 5000 emails sent per day?
Hello, in this link of your documentation https://emailit.com/docs/api-reference/rate-limits#sending-emails it says that you have a limit of 5000 requests per day (in addition to the limit of 2 emails per second). Doing a quick calculation, you can't send more than 150,000 emails per month (5000 x 30 days). What's the point of purchasing packages above that threshold?

These are starting limits for all new customers. As with any other ESP, we need to protect our platform from spammers and misuse.
Once you start sending, you can request an increase based on your sending history and your needs.
Why couldn't the threshold raising be automated❓
It seems a bit odd to me that you have to write and that applications are accepted manually.
🤔
This can be a bit annoying for people.
They buy Tier 4, 5, and 6, they have high limits.
And then they go to the Dashboard and see that the limits are different.

I wish that would be this simple, unfortunately is it pretty complex process.
Even Amazon SES has the same process as we do.
@Jack.S Discussed this with George just yesterday. Once you've sent at least 10k emails, then request limit increase. I recommend grabbing at least 5x Tier 6 licenses (incl. the Data retention add-on) for massive ROI 🤑
