- Hi George/Team, Thanks for your reply regarding email forwarding for customer replies. While I appreciate your response, I’m disappointed there’s no built-in forwarding solution. I’ve found a potential third-party fix, but I’d need to purchase and test it to confirm. Before proceeding, I need to confirm: Does your platform include SMTP details and an API for transactional emails at no extra cost? If I encounter setup issues, will support be available? AWS SES is powerful but complex, and while I’m technically experienced (20+ years managing websites, CloudFront, etc.), I’m not an IT expert. I’ve seen mixed reviews about your support—some users report frustration. Your confirmation on these points will help me decide. Thank you. Sye
- Hi, I purchased your product, enthusiastically, and then refunded it. I'm still considering it but the main issue I have is that any emails that I sent out while your system cannot be forwarded to another email address of mine. That's my understanding, correct? I've been going through previous questions and I've seen other people are similar questions. I would consider buying the platform again if I could get some kind of guarantee that email forwarding will become available within one month or two month as an example. I cannot wait more than 60 days because I want to be able to refund if the option is not there. I realise it's designed for transactional emails but there will be people who will reply to these emails and I need to be able to see these replies. I'm sure you can understand this. - Second question: after the deal ends, you can buy packages - if I need an additional workspace for an end customer, that would be the way to go, correct? A dedicated IP could then be activated across the workspaces, but the other add-ons are workspace-bound, meaning you have to rebook each one, correct? Then I would consider stocking up on Tier 2 accounts with lifetime retention add-ons - if a customer wants something like that in the future, it would be only four months to recoup the costs. Third question: is there a DPA as a single document? I asked about this during BF, but it got lost among all the other topics at the time.
- You're on the countdown now, and that surprised me a little bit - are you leaving AppSumo, or is it just to change the deal? You hinted that the automation plugin will be released in January and that there might be an add-on offer similar to Data Retention, so I would have thought that the end of the deal would come at the end of January.
