I recently sent some test emails to invalid addresses, and I noticed that they are currently in "pending" status. However, none of the emails generated any events, such as email.delivery.softfail or email.delivery.bounce. Could you please provide clarification on this issue?

Additionally, I was wondering why there isn't a support email address available for reaching your team. It seems unusual for a provider of email related services not to offer an email contact option for support.
