One of the reviews said "Email times so far have been a little on the slower times, but I have not tested it too much yet. It seems very promising though for general emailing."
Will we be able to schedule a time for the email to be sent? Say 4pm, 29 Oct, PST.
Will we be able to click and send an email right away? Will it be instant, or will the email be throttled in small amounts? For example, if there are 100 subscribers, will your system send 20 emails, five times?
If so, we can control it ourselves or are we restricted by your system? How do we have full control?
Sorry for the many questions. It would be good to get clarifications up front and maybe they could be built into your FAQ to help others understand better.
Thank you.

This depends or the source of sending. Using SMTP and API you have a workspace rate limit starting at 2 emails per second. In built-in campaigns they are usually send as fast as possible.
This rate limit can be increased based on customers needs as well.
I don't quite understand. What do you mean by "using SMTP and API" and "In built-in campaigns"? Could you kindly elaborate?
