What's the difference between the current and previous versions❓
◾Is it compatible?
◾Do we receive updates?
◾Is Data Retention a new feature that wasn't there before?

There are no two versions, all previous licenses have all the features as the current deal. (With latest feature: Email verifications).
The new addition in this deal is Tier 6 and a new Add-on Data retention.
