Q: Should each domain have its own dedicated IP, or is it acceptable to use one dedicated IP for all domains?
Could you please let me know the cost of the License Tier 3 with unlimited domains and an added dedicated IP? Should each domain have its own dedicated IP, or is it acceptable to use one dedicated IP for all domains?

You can use one dedicated IP for as many domain as you want to, as you have the control over its reputation.
