aoiouaiQ: T6 Upgrade and Data Retention Add-on

I noticed that you’ve introduced a higher tier, T6, which caught my attention. I currently have T5 from your previous listing and am considering an upgrade. However, I see that data retention is now offered as an add-on. Is this feature new, requiring a separate purchase, or do existing LTD holders have it included automatically? When I check the upgrade page in my AppSumo account, I can upgrade from T5 to T6, but I don’t see the option to add the data retention.
Also, regarding the one-time rollover credits on T6: are they activated once the regular credits are used? For example, if we have 2M rollover credits and 2M one-time credits (totaling 4M), and we use 500K in one month, would we end up with 3.5M? Would we get 4M back the next month because of the rollover, or are the one-time credits spent first?

You can upgrade to Tier 6 from your previous purchase. The Data Retention add-on should be availabe for purchase for the previously purchased license as well, but it has been reporte that it is not visible at this time - this is being investigated by the AppSumo team.
The credit bonus works like our regular pricing, those stay until you use them, so if you wont send more emails then 2mil a month, you will still have 2m credits, but if you for ex. one month send 3mil emails, it will use 2mil monthly allowance + 1mil one-time credits, and in this case only 1mil credits will stay for future use.
