Q: There are emails in spam.

I tried to use Emailit as a trial version, so I configured and set up all the records, updated all the DNS records, and verified my domain on your platform. But while sending the transactional emails for the OTPs and confirmation emails, I am getting all the emails in my spam folder.
And we are not sending bulk emails; we are just doing the testing, and maybe 1-3 emails we are sending a day. Still, we are receiving them in the spam folder.
So I am wondering if it's the issue with the platform or if we are missing something.

I wanted to buy the lifetime deal, but I wanted to make sure it would work as I am expecting it to work.

A: Hi there,

Ending up in spam can be caused by man different problems.

- did you get verified and moved out of onboarding IP pool
- disable tracking in the sending domain
- build sending domain history&reputation (start daily sending email, and make sure recipients engage with them)
