Hi, is it worth buying max tier when I might need a unique IP for a specific domain? Or cant that domain run via the account?

You can always opt-in for a dedicated IP (more info on our pricing page).
It is workspace based at this time.

This deal gives you monthly credits, so you can combine it with the Dedicated IP.
I meant that if I go with this max tier, and I buy 300 per year on the workspace, I can use all domains on a unique IP and still benefit from the LTD. That is not much money for my own IP on 2.000.000. So if that works im happy for sure. Why I asked this is because many say NO, you can't use LTD and you then need regular plan. So with unique IP I can manage my clients their reputation myself.
Well, you can. But at this time we only support one IP pool per workspace, and also you would have all clients data in one workspace.
So for your use case, we would recommend getting multiple Tier 1-3 licenses for each client and for those who need it, you can opt-in for a dedicated IP.
So I then definitly recommend you to add the 300 as ADDON on the plan deal. You will sell much more deals!
AA ok now I get it. Ok so workspace is a encapsulated environment for my client, instead of for me where I can add my clients into. I had hoped that I could manage all my clients on 1 IP that I can then protect. Then unfortunatly this approach of buying multiple accounts wouldnt help me. I currently have this situation with another tool. I'm not doing high volume.
Well, you can.
You can have one workspace, add a dedicated IP for that workspace and use our API/SMTP for your clients.
However, you can't really give them access to the App itself as they would see all other clients' data.
yeah, I think that is not a secure and good idea to do for the companies I work with. If you can say "in 5 months we can have this feature live" so I can put the dedicated IP on my agency and then I can put ll workspaces on it. Im happy to buy the tier 6 with yearly 300 for the dedicated IP (and maybe control how many monthly each workspace can send). But I can image that is a difficult route
You can have that one dedicated IP activated on multiple workspaces as well..
You just need to have a license/credits in each workspace.
