SyeQ: What kind of data does the Data Retention service keep or store?
Hi, I am trying to understand what kind of data does the data retention service keep. Is it mainly analytics data? Or is it who the emails were sent to? Or the email content? How many emails were successfully opened? Etc, I need to get a better idea of what kind of data is stored or kept if you pay for the data retention service. The data retention service is very expensive compared to your plans pricing - so I need to understand what this big expense is paying for.
1) Can you also please confirm that the data retention price is a one of fee a lifetime deal I'm not an annual fee?
2) Can you also please confirm that for the fee of $149 the data will be kept for one year?

2/ you have the option to choose for how log they are kept between 1-365 days
It relates to all the data of the workspace, primarily focused on sending history, deliveries, tracking information and email contents.
So am I right in saying, if I don't purchase the data retention addon, then all our data could be removed within days of the emails being sent?
How much is that add on and is it an annual expense and how much per year for that same tier three level
