⭐ 1/5 AVOID! Serious Business Disruption
AVOID - Major operational issues for legitimate businesses
Purchased EmailIT through AppSumo for our recruitment agency and experienced catastrophic service failure. Key issues:
Hidden Limitations: Discovered 1000 emails/hour throttling AFTER migrating our entire system. No prior disclosure.
Arbitrary Requirements: Support contact "George" (actual owner appears to be Jiří Žižka - possibly using alias) demanded we send 10,000 "test" emails despite our GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
Terrible IP Strategy: They use low-reputation "onboarding IPs" meaning your first 10K emails go to SPAM until you "prove yourself" - completely unprofessional.
Legitimate Emails Blocked: After meeting their requirements, George arbitrarily claimed our interview confirmations and candidate updates were "marketing emails" - completely wrong.
Ignored Quality Measures: We use Reoon for email verification (only safe inboxes), provided privacy policy links, compliance screenshots - all dismissed.
10,000+ Emails Stuck: Caused massive disruption to our interview scheduling and still pretends that there has not been any damage!
Refused Data Export: Wouldn't provide unsent email export for platform migration.
Final Insult: Told us to "get AppSumo refund and find another service."
This is a one-person operation with arbitrary decision-making. Not suitable for any serious business email needs.

All new workspaces have rate limits (as with any other existing email sending provider). At this time, it starts at 1000/h.
There is a disclosure on our pricing page and in the workspace profile after signing up.
We found that you are not following GDPR & CAN-SPAM, and as it is mandatory on our platform, you were informed about it, and instead of trying to help us resolve the issue, choose to just complain, in which case we recommended you to refund.
At Emailit, we are strict when it comes to following our ToS and Acceptable Use Policy.
We did not dismiss any of your messages, but based on them made a decision.
I did not receive any such request to export unsent data report, feel free to send that request to our support email and we can export it for you.
