1/ Rules are the same for every customer. Have been the same and stayed the same. As with any other ESP, we need to protect our platform from (sudden) misuse and abuse. We review every customer, their sending practices, and as same as with you, if we find something that could be misused by bots, spammers or similar, we let you know so you can improve it and prevent it.

We go way over and beyond with every customer on this to make sure they get the best delivery rates, they do not get suspended because of bots spammed their forms, or they broke our Acceptable Use Policy, which they did not even read.

This is to help you and every other person who wants to do genuine emailing (marketing), and ensure stable delivery rates, platform, and consistent inbox placement.

2/ Your magic links are without registration (anyone one like me, can randomly start sending those to any email address), as it was not protected from bots, nor it was protected from email confirmation after registration. We did not deny your request; we ask you to improve this so bots cannot misuse it. (It happened many times for many of our customers). Which results in damaging our shared IP's reputation.

I completely agree with you that anyone who is not willing to cooperate, follow our Acceptable Use Policy, and wants to make sure that they and any other customer have the best delivery rates, by ensuring that everyone is following our AUP, should not buy this deal.
