Emailit mail landed in my spam folder
I'm shocked by the fact emailit.com mails land in my spam folder. I can't trust this product AND I bought the highest tier 3 times with the mindset to use them in the future, I also hooked up 1 domain to test. Clearly that was a mistake I should've tested this more extensively while my money back was guarenteed.
Whatever you read in these positive reviews, skip it and signup to their newsletter. Thank me later. I'm going to see if I can still get my money back.
Ps: it pains me to leave this review I invested serious money upfront and I got nothing out of it.
Edit: I think it's sad my review has been replied to without actually reading my concerns. So unless "Emailit Product Updates <product@emailit.com>", the has to build a reputation in order to not land in my spam, I'm saying your own domain has these reputation issues.
Edit 2: I talked with George on discord about the spam concerns I have, but I think it's good to know for us newbs what the proces is and that this also applies to Emailit themselves. So no longer shocked, I'm educated now, happy I went with Emailit. I'll get started with the warmup proces!
Protip: If you only send transactional emails like me, send support an email and your workspace will be set to transactional IP pool only. For now this is per workspace but George assured me later it will be possible to switch to this on domain level, within 3-6 months.

I am sorry to hear that! When it comes to email delivery, it is always crucial to understand that when you start sending from a new sending domain, it takes around 1000 emails for providers like Gmail and Outlook to start marking your emails as not spam.
This also varies based on many criteria, and it does not matter which platform you will use.
In email marketing, the most important aspect is to pick some and stick to it. Build your sending reputation there and that is how you ensure the best delivery you can.

There is no one solution that fits them all; it just takes a little bit more than sending a few emails to fully build your sending reputation and ensure the best delivery. We are daily helping tens of customers to help them understand how it works and what steps need to be taken to have the best possible delivery rates. This is a long game, not a short one.
