Moved from Mailgun to Emailit, so far so good... Onboarding was spot on and of course there's going to be a few instances where emails will fall into spam folders. I sent a test email to a Gmail account, it went through to the inbox, I sent a test email to a Yahoo email address, and it landed in the SPAM folder. I verified both emails though in the verify emails and the result said safe for the Yahoo email but unfortunately it didn't make it to the inbox. We'll have to alert subscribers somehow to get them to check their SPAM when a campaign email is sent out, maybe create a pop window giving them a heads up to check their SPAM and to mark the sender as safe for future emails.

No complaints yet and hopefully none going forward but if there's anything that helps to always land emails in the Inbox, enlighten us with that knowledge. Otherwise, it's a very good switch thus far and recommend it if you are looking for an SMTP host. Cheers

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback! Happy to hear that the migration from Mailgun to Emailit was smooth.

Delivery rates are in the long run, especially after changing platforms. The best thing to do is to consistently send to the top engaging subscribers, or focus on transactional emails first, until it gets stable and you build some sending domain history/reputation.

Afterwards, all you need to do is to maintain it. Also, if you have not been verified yet, don't forget to email our support to do so!
