Not reliable for production
Not reliable, so initially the emails were going fine, however after some time our customers started complaining that they are not receiving email.
We later found out that we were put in onboarding pool, and they have this verification process for which they were not transparent upfront. Something like this should be in the dashboard.
Upon reaching to support, their reply was that we should test it before putting into production, which we did btw.
Product has potential, but lack of transparency breaks the trust.

Every new workspace is placed in onboarding IP pool. This is our anti spam measure, as with any platform, we can’t fully share our anti spam practices as spammers would misuse that.
All you need to do is to email support@emailit.com to get verified - in case you have delivery issues within onboarding IP pool.
This is a simple process that helps us protect our platfrom.
