Poor Ip Reputation
Migrated off another platform on to Mailit, sent out my regular mailshot to my clients and the response rate was almost non-existant,m checked my other emails on the same list I use for testing and the mail which previously hit the inbox was now going into the spam box. So refunded it., Platform itselft is good, maybe improve the sender reputation on your IPs and you'll have a solid product.

When it comes to migrating to a different platform, it takes time to make sure everything is migrated successfully.
It usually takes weeks to properly transition and ensure that all is set up well.
Our IPs are highly reputable and stable for more than 5 months. So the issue is definitely not there.

Most customers who migrate to us and see non-existent response rates usually misconfigure DMARC settings, resulting in email providers blocking or rejecting your messages.
