Poor Support and Unjustified Workspace Suspensions

I purchased the Emailit Lifetime Deal through AppSumo expecting a reliable email delivery service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

My workspace has been suspended twice without any clear explanation. The first suspension was blamed on a high bounce rate, so I took immediate action by integrating the NeverBounce API to ensure emails were sent only to verified addresses. After that, everything worked normally for about a month.

Later, I discovered that emails sent to Outlook.com addresses were being incorrectly marked as bounced, which artificially increased my bounce rate. I reported this issue to the Emailit support team and provided all the necessary details for investigation.

Instead of investigating or helping resolve the problem, they suspended my workspace again the very next day. I received no meaningful explanation, and my account has remained suspended ever since.

The biggest disappointment is the support. Rather than working with customers to identify and fix technical issues, the service simply suspends accounts, leaving lifetime customers unable to use the product they paid for.

I purchased a lifetime license in good faith, but I have been unable to use it reliably. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emailit unless they significantly improve their customer support, transparency, and account management process.

As mentioned during your support ticket, you had around 9% bounce rate (with over 100k+ sent emails). Which is way above our Acceptable Use Policy 5%.

Since the start of this year, we have overall delivery rates of around 98.5%. And even if you had a specific issue with Microsoft server deliveries, you should monitor your sending history and create a ticket as soon as the issue occurs, so we can help you resolve it promptly.

However, sending emails has been bouncing at such a high % for the last 5 months, is not acceptable. The steps you took did not result in lowering bounces enough, which means that this indicates bad email practices, and that resulted in your overall workspace suspension.

As we are sad to see your workspace suspended, we need to ensure that all our customers are treated equally, and we cannot allow you to keep breaking our AUP.

There is nothing that was not transparent within our conversation during your support ticket. We told you all the information necessary, and our Acceptable Use Policy has not changed since we launched Emailit two years ago.
