Shows promise, but needs to mature
Lots of soft bounces and errors on what I know is a clean list, and no real ability to filter or dig into patterns of why, that well.
I'll keep a lower tier, but this is not something I'll use for marketing email.
Edit - not gonna keep it. All my emails had links rewritten to break them so they no longer acted as links.. basic social ones etc. Trying to get support, developer just argued with me that I should not be using beta features, and that the bug I reported was not actually broken.
Tool is not ready for prime time, nor is the company.

Thank you for your feedback! Soft bounces and errors (hard fail and bounces), are something you can't really control. Most of the time, especially when you start sending from new platforms, it takes time to build up your sending domain, slowly warm it up, and increase the sending daily and frequently.
We are not a large company like Amazon SES or Sendgrid, which send billions of emails and allow you to use the reputation of other customers within their IP pools. With us, you need to build up your reputation yourself, slowly and step by step.
We are in the process of collecting all the possible bounce types, soft fails, and hard fails, and starting in Q1 2025, you will be able to see specific errors that will identify the issues.
I can't tell how many emails you have sent or how much you warmed up your sending domain, but if you did not, most of the first emails can soft fail, which is usually graylisting from other mail servers, as an indication to protect against spammers. Those emails are 99% delivered within 48 hours of as they are retried and the graylisting is passed.
