The system is simple and complete, but the experience is terrible.
I purchased the service over a year ago. In fact, I gradually upgraded to Level 5, and now, after all this time, I'm writing my review.
The interface is simple yet comprehensive, making it suitable for both novice and advanced users.
However, based on the above, I had a negative and not recommended experience with the platform and with George, as detailed below.
I purchased Level 5 to send messages to my contact list, as well as to a corporate client I've had for years.
Initially, I had no problems sending messages.
Over time, due to bounce rates, he requested very detailed information, which I had no problem providing.
Then, he limited me to 1,000 emails per day, based on the metrics, which I completely understand.
Since the contacts were the same as at the beginning, I manually blacklisted each contact with soft or hard bounces. And while that was improving, I adjusted my sending to only 1,000 emails per day and stopped adding new contacts, so I assumed that this was gradually helping.
I created several campaigns and thought everything was being sent based on that limit; until I realized, after a detailed review, that for some time now, no emails had been sent.
After this, I contacted Support again, specifically George, who informed me that my account had been suspended because I hadn't responded to messages and the metrics hadn't improved.
However, what I hadn't responded to was the ticket where I requested an increase to send more than 1,000 emails per day (just as he had provided me with the evidence); so I assumed that if I didn't respond, I would simply remain at that limit. Furthermore, I also assumed that, based on the actions I had taken, the metrics were improving.
I didn't receive any kind of notification, alert, or ultimatum.
I spent the last week trying to reach an agreement with Emailit and George. I even committed to no longer sending emails for my client and only sending them to my own clients for new emails (since I also manage several email services like SES). But they definitely said my account was suspended.
Therefore, based on my entire experience, I definitely feel scammed by them.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I thought my strategy had worked to improve the metrics, and they didn't inform me otherwise, much less try to reach an agreement.
And so, I lost a lot of money buying this service.
Note: I paid to send up to 1 million messages per month, and on average, my contact list didn't exceed 70,000. So, I wasn't scraping contacts or using it to send messages to cold lists. Keep this in mind if you plan to purchase high tiers for future growth.

Edited May 27, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear your experience, however, you were asked to resolve your high bounce rate (over >9%), mutliple times during the last year.
We gave you plenty time to improve it. However, even after 14months of ignoring our requests, we no longer could allow you to be breaking our Acceptable Use Policy (which allows 5% bounce rate).
We always work with our customers to help them resolve the issues and guide them though. However, as you ignored our multiple requests we had no choice.
UPDATE:
You can see the metrics in your dashboard or metrics tab.
Sending emails and not even looking at the stats how they perform, even when twice asked to, was your responsibility to do so.
As I said, we try to help everyone, but you did not reply to any of those messages, while still breaking our AUP.
I am sorry you feel this way. But you should be communicating this with us when asked.
You say you made changes, but we did not see any, neither we got information from you that you made changes and what changes did you make.
You just did not answer. Same after the increase request. That literally said that you have unanswered ticket from half a year back - and still no reply.
We are not here to hunt customers who are not following our AUP, but to either help them, or if they are not willing to communicate with us on resolving the issue(s), to prevent them from misusing our platform.
