The deal is nice. We have to, however, create workspaces for different setups (workspaces) and these need their own license which makes it quite expensive. E.g. there’s no way to split 250,000 credit points in 2 workspaces. Since a workspace with more than 2 domains mean unlimited domains, we need the plan 3 for most of these workspaces. While we don’t send that much, we still need those plans.
An alternative is to not use the workspaces but only one or a few. But that gives no control to a customer that wants to use the marketing features for a specific domain

The product works, it’s great. But it has some items that should be addressed. This was one.

One other thing that needs addressing is the license that is being used on the workspaces if you have quite a few workspaces and licenses, it’s very unclear which one is used for which workspace thus causing an upgrade or cancellation on the wrong workspace. This is something both AppSumo and Emailit have to change (show license used) - that’d make things much easier.

I’d love to see those two issues addressed. That’d complete the product.
