Q: White label

Hey I'm a little confused about the white label , is it only removing branding and adding my own domain or I can also resell it?

A: For white labelling in Tier 3, you can remove the Emailpref branding from the preference page and add your own domain.

Q: Unlimited Newsletter lists? Are we just limited by contacts?

I see that on tier 3 we receive unlimited integrations and unlimited preference pages (correct me if I'm wrong). With that in mind, am I correct to assume that we can use this with unlimited newsletter email lists and are only limited by the amount of contacts?

A: Great question! Yes, you’re absolutely right—you’re only limited by the number of contacts. If these newsletters are for different companies or audiences, we recommend setting up separate Emailpref accounts for each.

However, if they’re all under the same organization and target the same audience, you can manage them within the same Emailpref account.

Q: Why the Limit?

Hi! Trying to understand the why Emailpref has a limit for contact, when it only acts as a middleman between subscribers and newsletters system (Mailchimp etc)..

To be able to show your contacts preference we need to sync their data with our system, we are able to synchronise their preferences by having a copy and then pushing these updates to all systems involved even if those systems are facing problems (like an API going down for example). It would be impossible for us to pull this data live from all systems involved because of how 3rd...
