A: Hey poolpony! 👋

Encharge doesn’t have a native integration with Go High Level (GHL), but you can still connect them using Zapier, Pabbly, or Webhooks.

Here’s how it usually works:

✅ Use GHL for forms, booking pages, and funnels.
✅ On form submission, use Zapier/Pabbly to send contacts to Encharge.
✅ Encharge handles emails with your SMTP (like Amazon SES, Mailgun, etc.).

This setup gives you GHL’s powerful CRM and funnels with Encharge’s advanced email automation at a lower cost.

A: Hey JessieRobi! 👋

Not sure about the exact timeline yet since AppSumo handles the scheduling, but I’d recommend grabbing it soon to be safe. Anything holding you back from jumping in today? 🙂

A: Hey there! 👋

Great question! At the moment, we don’t have a Tier 7 for the Lifetime Deal (LTD), and features like transactional emails and events are only available in our Premium plan. We don’t want to promise anything we might change our minds on later, but I can say we’re always listening to feedback and exploring ways to make Encharge even better. 🙌

If you’d like, I can help you figure out the best setup for your needs with the current plans. Just let me know. 🙂

Q: HubSpot....?

Hi, am I reading this right? Your integrations page, listed on all plans, directs users to a page that displays HubSpot as an integration. However, upon closer examination of the pricing table, it appears that the HubSpot integration is also a Tier 6 feature. Is that correct? (mighty big price jump)

It's a feature I need (HubSpot), but things like the contact tier limits and sub accounts, while cool, are overkill for my current needs. I'm just weighing the pros and cons here.

And to be clear, sub accounts = completely different accounts (brands) with different domains, yes? So, I could use all of them, or give access to a sub-account to a client? Correct?

Thanks in advance!

D

A: Hey D! 👋

Great questions, and I totally understand the need for clarity here.

✅ HubSpot integration: You’re correct — HubSpot is NOT available in the 2025 AppSumo LTD (Lifetime Deal), even on Tier 6. The HubSpot integration is part of our Premium plan, which is a separate monthly/annual subscription. The confusion on the integrations page might be due to the fact that it lists all our available integrations without separating them by plan.

✅ Sub-accounts: Yes, you got it right. Sub-accounts are completely separate, like different brand accounts. Each can have its own domain, contact list, automations, and email campaigns. You can even give access to a client without them seeing the other sub-accounts you manage. This setup is super useful for agencies or people managing multiple brands.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
