1-1. Dedicated IP emailing?
Yes, dedicated IPs are available — but only on our Premium plan (not included in the AppSumo LTD).
1-2. Cost?
Pricing depends on your volume and setup. Reach out to support@encharge.io and we’ll get you the details.
2. Event-based segmentation in LTD?
Correct — the 2025 AppSumo LTD does not include event-based segmentation (reserved for the Premium plan).
That means:
You can’t create dynamic segments based on custom tracked actions like “Clicked X link” or “Watched Y video.”
But — you can still:
• Trigger Flows based on form submissions, tags, or page visits
• Use tags and fields to personalize automations manually
It’s still very flexible — just without the real-time event tracking layer.
3. ConvertKit migration?
We don’t offer a done-for-you migration service on the LTD plan, but you can migrate easily using:
• CSV import
• Zapier or Pabbly Connect to sync contacts, tags, and more
