Q: All transactional email categories are not included????

Do I understand correctly that even with Tier 6 transactional email tags don't work?

So all of this is only available with the Premium Upgrade at €129/month?

There are a lot of different types of transactional emails an application can send via an API. For example, an application can send a password reset email or an order confirmation email, depending on the user's action.

Password Reset: Email sent to a user when they forget their password.

Account Creation: Email sent to a user when they create a new account. Order Confirmation: Email sent to a user when they place an order. Shipping Updates: Email sent to a user to inform them that their order has shipped.

Invoice: Email sent to a user to inform them of an invoice.

So all of this is only available with the Premium upgrade? What a shame...

So it is useless for me 😢

Totally get the frustration here—and you're understanding it correctly:

✅ Marketing emails (like broadcasts, automations, welcome series, etc.) are all included with Tier 6 and other LTD tiers.
❌ Transactional emails via API—like password resets, order confirmations, invoices, etc.—are not included in any LTD tier, even Tier 6.

Those require the Premium plan.

We know this can be a dealbreaker for app builders or SaaS founders needing transactional infrastructure. That’s why we’ve been upfront about it throughout this campaign—we didn’t want to overpromise.
