Appreciate you raising this — API is always a hot topic 😅

Here’s how it works with the 2025 AppSumo deal:

• The REST API is available across all LTD tiers (we haven’t locked it down)
• The Ingest API (sometimes referred to as “Events”) is not part of the LTD — that’s reserved for our Premium subscription plan
• Same goes for advanced API-driven features like transactional emails, event-based segmentation, custom objects, etc.

So in short: yes, you do get API access with any tier of the LTD, but some of the heavier “event-style” API features are not included.

If you had an older 2021 LTD, the limits there were a bit different — just shoot us a note at support@encharge.io
